At its Max conference, running through Wednesday in San Francisco, Adobe hopes Flash and its new Adobe Integrated Runtime, or AIR, will help programmers bridge the gap between PC- and cloud-based computing.
Photoshop now has a high-performance new special effects technology, Pixel Bender. At Max conference, Adobe showed an online version as well.
