Acta Technology gets $25 million
Acta Technology said Wednesday that it raised a $25 million fifth round of funding, led by Investcorp. J. & W. Seligman & Co., and previous investors Greylock Investments, Norwest Venture Partners and U.S. Venture Partners also participated in the round. Mountain View, Calif.-based Acta has raised a total of $87 million. Acta's software is designed to allow companies to share data internally or externally via a standard technology format.
