We took the GolfBuddy Voice out to Bexley Golf Club to see what their golf pro thinks of GPS in the game of golf.

We're not the best golfers in town, here at CNET Australia. In fact, we're pretty terrible. So instead of trying to review the GolfBuddy Voice ourselves, we thought we'd take it out to a pro and get their take on how GPS has been integrated into the game. Turns out there are limits to how much information is legal in tournament play, and all kinds of reasons why different features will make a big difference to someone's game.

GolfBuddy Voice is an entry level product that has the ability to speak the distance to the hole, so you can clip it out of sight and just tap the button to hear the range to reach the hole.

The GolfBuddy Voice is available in Australia for $220.
