The new Minecraft Lego kits aren't set to go on sale until November, but Russia-based franchise Lego retailer Mir Kubikov leaked the sets a bit early.
Lego is usually the first thing that comes to mind every time I play Minecraft, Mojang's addictive sandbox indie game that Microsoft just bought for $2.5 billion. After all, the game is essentially Lego in digital form, letting players craft the worlds around them to their heart's content.
That's why it's no surprise that Lego is set to release new Minecraft Lego kits later this year, and thanks to Russian Lego franchise retailer Mir Kubikov, we're getting our first look at what the finished product will look like. Thankfully for anyone who has seen the previous Lego Minecraft kits, the new kits and minifigs appear much more detailed, and should provide a good amount of fun to those who buy them.
The kits feature several minifigs of the main character and the various tools at his disposal, as well as creepers and other baddies from the game. These kits will go on sale later in 2014, though we have no details on pricing and exact availability at this point. You can check out all six kits on the Mir Kubikov page.
