Star Wars: The Bad Batch will kick off on Disney Plus on Tuesday, May 4, Disney revealed on Wednesday. The CGI animated series is set after the events of Revenge of the Sith and follows a unique squad of clone troopers who debuted in the final season of The Clone Wars as they become mercenaries in the era of the Galactic Empire.

The second episode is scheduled to land Friday, May 7, and subsequent episodes will premiere on Fridays. It's unclear how many episodes the series will have, and Lucasfilm didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
