Halloween

One of us is slowly catching up on "Westworld," the other may never finish "Luke Cage" at this rate. Plus, Apple just made it easier for you to consume even more pop culture, and prepare your costumes for this weekend because we sure are.

Caitlin Petrakovitz Director of audience
Caitlin Petrakovitz studies the Marvel Cinematic Universe like it's a course in school, with an emphasis on the Infinity Saga years. As an audience expert, she rarely writes but when she does it's most certainly about Star Trek, Marvel, DC, Westworld, San Diego Comic-Con and great streaming properties. Or soccer, that's a thing she loves, too.

John P. Johnson/HBO

In "Westworld," If you think you're a host does that prove that you're not a host because a host wouldn't have such a conundrum? There's a lot to unpack with HBO's new cerebral show and we're sooooo behind the curve on this one. We're definitely enjoying the music and the writing, though.

Jeremy is kinda freaking out about the just-announced Cosmere universe news (don't worry, he'll explain). Also, one of us is way too excited for Apple's new TV app, and the other has some fearless feedback for the presentation today.

And finally, with Halloween right around the corner/weekend, we're trying to guess what costume Jeremy is crafting (bigger than a bread box, but not a box?) and chatting about our favorite holiday films, scary or not. (Spoiler: Two of Caitlin's top choices include witches.)
