Netflix and Marvel have already dribbled out a couple "Daredevil" teasers recapping the first season and hinting at the action to come in the next. We've gotten tantalizing glimpses of new arrivals Elektra (Élodie Yung) and the Punisher (Jon Bernthal).

Now Netflix and Marvel have rolled out a fresh trailer for the series' second season.

Elektra is an old college flame of Matt Murdock/Daredevil (played by Charlie Cox). The Punisher's real name is Frank Castle and he's known as a violent antihero whose methods will come into conflict with Daredevil's crime-fighting approach.

Punisher is the focus of the official trailer, but Elektra makes a notable appearance.

The video kicks off with the use of children singing a capella and a reference to a fictional kids' book titled "One Batch, Two Batch." Children singing in a trailer? Pretty much always creepy.

Based on the trailer, we can look forward to Daredevil wrestling with his continued sense of guilt, heaps of violent acts from the Punisher, the occasional bout of pyrotechnics and at least a few fistfights. "Hell's Kitchen is about to explode," a police officer intones.

Dedicated DC superhero fans will be looking forward to Batman and Superman scrapping in their new feature film in late March. Marvel fans will be getting excited about Daredevil and Punisher tangling when the new season hits Netflix on March 18.
