Does being one of millions of iPod Mini owners make you question your uniqueness? Griffin Technologies claims it has the answer in the newly-announced Chameleon Cases, which "protect both your iPod...and your individuality," according to the company's marketing materials with the theme: "Don't blend in."

The cases, which will begin shipping in August, are made of a dense rubber making it "much tougher than regular silicone cases," Griffin says. Unlike other "skin"-type cases, the Chameleon Case gives you full access to the front wheel, while still protecting it. The case comes in 16 designs and also includes a belt clip and lanyard. Griffin is selling it for $14.99.

Some consumers are already wishing the case was available for other iPod models. But one iLounge reader called it nothing but "a thick rubber sticker."
