Available from U.S. Cellular, this 4G LTE handset features a 5-megapixel camera and is both waterproof and shockproof.

Hi everybody, it's Lynn La from CNET and I'm here in Las Vegas at CTIA with the Kyocera Hydro Extreme. This handset features a 4-inch screen and is waterproof and shockproof. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and on the back here is a 5-megapixel camera. Powering the device is a 1.9 amp-hour battery and it runs on a 4G LTE network. Now, if you're interested, the device cost $29.99 with a 2-year contract from US Cellular. Pre-orders start online right now. It will be available later this week. Again, I'm Lynn and this has been the Kyocera Hydro Extreme.
