The Samsung Restore is a great eco-friendly option if you want a full-featured multimedia messaging phone on Sprint.

[Music] >> I'm Nicole Lee, Associate Editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the Samsung Restore from Sprint. The Samsung Restore is one of Sprint's latest eco-friendly phones. This phone here is made out of 27% recyclable material and when you do decide to get rid of it, 77% of it is recyclable. It is free from hazardous materials like PVC and it also comes with this eco-friendly packaging along with an Energy star charger. On the front of the phone is a nice 2.4 inch QVG display. It's very nice and colorful. At the bottom row of the display is Sprint's one click interface which provides quick access to applications like Facebook, Twitter and Google. Underneath the display is the navigation array which consists of two soft keys, a square toggle, the send key, the end/power key, as well as the speaker phone key and the back key. The square toggle is actually an optical track pad that uses your touch sensor to navigate through phone like an optical track pad. [inaudible] that you get the typical external number key pad [inaudible] very roomy and easy to use. Slide the phone sideways and you reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. The QWERTY keyboard is quite roomy as you can see here and we like that the keys are raised above the surface so it's easy to text. Features include a 2.0 megapixel camera and camcorder, a music player, EVDO rev 0, GPS with Sprint Navigation, stereo Bluetooth and applications like Facebook and Twitter. The Samsung Restore is available for around $50 with a new two-year service agreement with Sprint. I'm Nicole Lee. This has been a first look at the Samsung Restore. [Music]
