>> For now it looks like the digital TV switchover is back on. The US House of Representatives defeated the Bill to delay the transition to June on Wednesday. Earlier this week the Senate voted to delay the transition, so it looked like a delay was eminent. Now, it looks like we're going to go back and forth on this one for another few weeks before the proverbial crap hits the proverbial fan. The house could take this measure up again next week, but one good thing about all the drama is that it probably is going to serve to raise awareness in the 6.5 million Americans who are still unprepared for the change. It's not offline functionality, but it's something. Yahoo Mail Classic just got the ability to instant message and text message within the mail client. The newer version of Yahoo Mail has had this for some time, but millions of Yahoo users still insist on using classic, so now they can text and IM inside their mail too. That's all well and good, but has anyone bothered to ask Yahoo when they're going to get offline mail functions? That should be next on the list. The New York Times is reporting that YouTube and the William Morris Talent Agency are close to reaching a deal. This would put William Morris talent in front of YouTube cameras for original productions. YouTube has never really been successful in original programming largely because people don't see them as a TV station, but more of a distribution portal. But that hasn't stopped them from trying time and time again. I'll be interested to see what comes of this and if William Morris can really use YouTube to make the next Julia Roberts -- doubtful. Our parent company CBS is set to launch MoneyWatch.com some time this spring. The site is a resource to financial news which is timely considering we are all trying to figure out how to stop the bleeding cash in this economy. The site is a collaboration between CBS MoneyWatch, CBS News and BNET take a look at a quick preview.
>> Introducing moneywatch.com.

>> It's the first personal finance website of the post crash era that combines the speed and flexibility of the Web with the resources of CBS News.
>> With the business insights of BNET and the journalistic clout of CBS News, Money Watch is a single source for all the topics of the intersection of your money and your life, your cash, your job, your lifelong financial strategy.
>> It will help you build and preserve wealth from the day you earn your first pay check to the day you spend your last dime or leave your heirs millionaires.
>> And you'll be able to find Money Watch any time, any where, Web, TV, radio, even on your cell phone. MoneyWatch.com. it's like a personal GPS for you and your money.
>> Right now there's not much on the site, but you can go there and sign up to be notified when it does launch, MoneyWatch.com, obviously. Motorola is giving one of their push-to-talk phones a little qwerty. The company plans to release the i465 as the first Motorola phone with both direct connect and the full keypad. The specs on this handset are limited and despite the qwerty it is not a smartphone. It will have Bluetooth 2.0 and a VGA camera, but pricing and release dates are unknown. Motorola will also stick with their own in-house operating system, so no fancy OS like Android here. Judging from the pictures it is not gorgeous and the buttons look almost as tiny as the Palm Centro buttons, so hopefully pricing will reflect that. If you want to be a poser by the My Central iPhone application, it's $999.99. The point is spending so much money on an iPhone application is supposedly to prove to other buyers that you have the money to burn. It will help you meet other people with like minds and incomes. And by people with like minds and incomes, I mean people who have money, but are otherwise idiots. Those are all your headlines for today, but before we go I want to wish a happy birthday to Tyler [assumed spelling] on his 18th birthday, Arianna and AJ [assumed spellings]. Have a good weekend everyone I will see you here on Monday or today and tomorrow on Buzz Out Loud. I'm Natali Del Conte with CNET TV and you just been Loaded.
