Jabra Clipper Bluetooth Stereo Headset: First Look
First Look: Jabra Clipper Bluetooth Stereo Headset1:24 /
The Jabra Clipper is a great option for those who want a stereo Bluetooth headset but still want to use their favorite wired headphones.
-I'm Nicole Lee, senior associate editor for cnet.com and this is a first look at the Jabra Clipper stereo headset. So even though it looks like a very small simple little pendant right here, there's a 3.5-mm headset jack on the side that you can connect to any wired earbuds. Jabra does provide you with a pair of wired earphones like this, but you are free to use your own. As you can see, the design is very simple. It's designed to very small and discrete. On the front here is the raw multifunction button and the 2 volume rockers on either side. On the other side, there is the microUSB charging port. This is called the Jabra Clipper because you're supposed to clip it on an item of clothing. Because you can clip it so easily, you can use it for working out. There's also a built-in microphone in the Jabra Clipper so be sure to clip it somewhere near the vicinity of your mouth so that you can easily answer and receive calls. As far as audio quality goes, it's pretty good especially since you can use your own headphones. Call quality was decent but not as good as noise-canceling headphones that we've tried. Overall, we think the Jabra Clipper is well worth its $60 retail price tag. I'm Nicole Lee, this has been a first look at the Jabra Clipper.
