Speaker 1: The Samsung galaxy S 22 ultra is here with a variety of special features, like an Spen and wireless charging. But how does this phone compare to another high end Android phone? The Google pixel six pro let's see how the SPECT stack up.
Speaker 1: The first question you're probably wondering is which phone is cheaper? Well, the Samsung galaxy S 22 ultra starts at 1200 for 128 gigabytes [00:00:30] of internal storage. While the Google pixel six pro starts at 8 99 for the same amount of storage, the S 22 ultra also comes in 256 gigabyte and 512 by options as well as a one terabyte option. The pixel six pro doesn't have a one terabyte option, but if you need a little bit more storage, you can also opt for 256 gigabyte and 512 gigabyte options. Unfortunately like the pixel six pro the S 22 ultra does not have expandable storage. [00:01:00] The display for these two phones are almost identical. The Galaxys 22 ultra features a 6.8 inch edge ammo lead display, and a refresh rate that shifts between one and 120 Hertz. Meanwhile, the pixel six pro has a 6.7 inch LTPO O lead display. So just a little bit smaller with a refresh rate between 10 and 120 Hertz. The S 22 ultra is the first Galaxys phone to have an integrated Spen or stylist. This lets you draw, take notes and [00:01:30] interact with your phone. The pixel six pro doesn't have an onboard stylist.
Speaker 1: The S 22 ultra features four rear cameras, a 108 megapixel wide angle camera with an aperture of F 1.8, a 12 megapixel ultra wide camera at F 2.2 and two 10 megapixel telephoto cameras, one with three X optical zoom at F 2.4 and another at 10 X optical zoom at F 4.9. You'll also get what Samsung calls [00:02:00] 100 X space zoom, which combines optic and digital zoom with some processing to refine detail and sharpness. There's also a sensor on the back of the phone called laser auto focus, which allows for a Quaker focusing and on the front DS 22 ultra features a 40 megapixel camera with an aperture of F 2.2. Meanwhile, the pixel six pro has a 50 megapixel angle camera with an aperture of F 1.85 a 12 megapixel ultra wide camera at F 2.2 [00:02:30] and a 48 megapixel telephoto camera at F 3.5. And on the front, the pixel six pro has an 11 megapixel camera with F 2.2.
Speaker 1: And how about video call? Well, the S 22 ultra can capture eight K video at 24 frames per second. In addition to 4k video at 60 frames per second, the phone's front camera can also capture 4k video at 60 frames per second. Now the pixel six pro can't capture [00:03:00] eight K video, but it can record 4k video at 30 or 60 frames per second via the rear camera. While the pixel six pro comes in stormy black, cloudy, white and soda sunny, which is a shade of pale yellow.
