That it could ship by Christmas started that's their hope and that. They've dropped some hints that it will -- ice cream sandwich which is the new version in doing so. We'll have to -- bank. They formally file they filed a petition to the ninth it's 377. His -- -- and pages and sprint is saying that the merger does not have has no public interest. And -- and when I broke down a few lines basically the when these are not no surprise threats of this many times for. That it would impact America's economic growth that it would lead to poor service and higher prices and wireless industry about harming competition. And it would -- -- and efficiently to those things and it would stifle innovation by creating a duopoly between Verizon. -- -- handed -- those spans or whether -- quotes in here. And you know beyond as the FTC. And FCC in the FTC rules will look at it may decide. Congress is also -- a couple hearings and CES sprint CEO -- C spoke before those but congress has an apparent mistaken saying -- -- they can make recommendations. -- -- -- -- -- Enhancements -- -- happy about this season. It's just the language in if you compare -- to the language that AT&T. Delivered group like the merger is good for America. And you you to and we hope we don't cellphone service you now it. Some of -- -- during and -- seven pages for sprint a company that tries to be so -- -- -- -- as print out that they're doing this for there is a viable and I would recommend you don't. Me by. Does this mean I know I know I don't like doing it AT&T and I found that -- has it that sprint is no way. The sprint sprint really is the one that has the most to lose here chances. -- if you really have these too big to big companies. And people Sprint's the one that's really didn't -- I doubt people are gonna. Leave many people are gonna leave Verizon to move it to me that this rates to gigantic companies and -- such a big gap between in the Sprint's upper parts carriers such a big gap between now and Verizon or AT&T right now if -- it was the second. Built right in when you buy it. So preinstalled doubt this is a big deal because Netflix currently is only. Unsupported by like five Android phones or something like that so this is kind of big deal if you're into -- if you re -- -- -- watching. On the -- the tablet HDMI out he has the Chinese support seeking it's really -- -- A multimedia experience -- -- rhapsody some really good music around ability as well. My -- Downsides is that -- -- mission. -- -- retribution. One gigahertz processor. Five megapixel cam it doesn't -- -- which is great. But -- the whole thing about it being a revolutionary device it's not quite up there when it. The dual core -- not quite up there with those phones yet -- really have everything you really want them right up front it depicts it it's a really decent. Great Android phone but because of the being stealth because of the unit of Verizon apps and and in out is it's not -- But the best of the -- on Wednesday but it is still pretty great phone it makes calls. Testifying to four GL -- -- -- the LTE speeds here in San Francisco. Just did not compared to the ones in New York -- at the -- like. By 86 -- -- -- get 56 gigabytes megabytes per second to get it. But naming it patents but but you all for fifteen or something had -- it and -- -- Guess they're just lucky here. Good night out of it -- know this is where. And let my twelve megabytes. Just because it's kind of middle of the road and -- a very nice compact form factor. They start screen it's honest. Now it's the point eight inches play compared everything else now mandated you know not turn violent man that's getting -- Yeah but I mean I like you know I can't think it's a good size he can do most things just fine. Though it it's it is shipping with that their latest -- -- update so you're getting copy and paste and better. You know some of the performance enhancements. And it's also world phones that as a kind of -- -- edition and it was just expecting to be feeding me me but -- -- The -- overseas. And Verizon has a policy where you know it comes preinstalled with a sim card but if years. In good financial standing and you've been a customer for at least sixty days and they -- the things they can opt out if he'd like. Oh yes it is dead. A couple of disappointments in the camera. HTC -- a lot of really good thing but cameras seemed to be there and on fall and that really true of the trophy. Has a five megapixel camera but it does. And he conceived of photos and one -- review but it's pretty awful. And it doesn't get that much better outdoors with which is where it can do -- their camera -- -- usually do okay but not much in this case. Them. And the other thing of battery life seems to be a little bit on the shorter side I just finished -- -- -- battery testing iPad about five hours of battery life of continuous talk time. And testing generally -- and usually having to charge the phone by early evening in the afternoon and oh yeah -- to say on the same but this is the same thing that the alleged violation is 9 -- full this morning and -- -- it's -- halfway down. I think there's an audience for a -- I think it's a good kind of transition device if you're going from the feature phone -- Smartphone. Being one of the benefits of windows -- it has very user friendly interface much more so than Android though. You know I would definitely recommend going into -- if your kind of ready to make an attempt to -- that -- this story and try it -- and if you like and eighth and I -- it's priced at 14999. With a two year contract to spare I think it could probably sell more if there maybe fifty dollars -- but it. Aesthetic and think it. Probably a good option appeared make ready to make an attempt on our feature -- But you know anyone who wants the -- -- dual core the third me well and going into it yet not -- They didn't -- price inflation I'm wondering if it's everyone's moving to its. Verizon especially is moving grazing incidence there as well they're really -- place but that we also are seeing it feature inflation that's -- -- bigger screens were seen better screen with a -- like an orgy in dual -- analysts say the price inflation makes sense is defeating -- goes along with the right to be -- -- -- why's it's expensive. I think that's part of it. Some of my issue with Verizon praising them and their phones are. I think are overpriced bird that very reason might be don't have the features that's necessary to warrant the light -- pricing charging. Another argument for a merger with -- -- as it does that. -- -- -- -- So I think we don't mind you answer a couple of questions. Like a hundred and last but is on -- -- which it has big hands. That once -- with the big screen but also something compact and light. I mean I really think. 3.5 has the bare minimum and I mean and I think it I'm would argue that arsenic can get a little too as well -- -- for those are two very different phones that the Phoenix is pretty entry level.
