The base 2022 Toyota GR 86 still looks cool
We got a look at the entry-level GR 86 at Toyota's headquarters in Plano, Texas.
At an event at Toyota's headquarters in Plano, Texas, we got a look at the base version of the new GR 86 sports car.
It will be available in both GR 86 and GR 86 Premium grades.
We don't know pricing or full details for each version, though.
The base version gets 17-inch wheels with Michelin Primacy HP all-season tires, while the Premium has 18s with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 rubber.
Even the base car has standard LED headlights, but the Premium gets adaptive lights.
The standard model does without the huge duckbill spoiler of the Premium.
Every GR 86 has an 8-inch touchscreen and a 7-inch digital gauge cluster.
The base car has nicely bolstered cloth seats.
Every GR 86 comes standard with a bunch of safety and tech features, too.
