Xiaomi's Mi Mix 2 is all about the screen

Xiaomi's Mi Mix 2 is the Chinese company's most expensive phone to date, featuring a bezel-less design and a ceramic back. Sadly there are no dual cameras on this phone.

The Mi Mix 2 makes for a great conversation starter and an alternative to the Essential Phone.

The rear ceramic is a shiny fingerprint magnet. 

The fingerprint sensor is on the back of the phone, below the 12-megapixel camera. 

The shiny ceramic rear stands out with gold etching and highlights on the camera lens.

The Mix 2 is just 7.7mm (0.3 inches) thick.

The Mix 2 is a beaut.

Interestingly the bezel is slightly thicker at the top when compared to the original, but it's still thin enough to look like it's not there.

The front 5-megapixel camera is barely visible thanks to a super-black coating.

The Mix 2 looks great from any angle.

With the right positioning, you can do some photography shenanigans with the Mix 2's bezel-less display.

You'll be able to play games without any lag thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.
