Share your files

Whether it's a single file or a folder of documents, you can simply send a link to a friend or colleague via messages or e-mail. You also can set up the security features to let them open the file directly or require them to have Box (and a security pin) to open the file.

Box has support for more than 50 apps, so you can edit your work in another favorite app, then save it to Box.

Set your security every time

When you share a file, you can give people open access to the file or require them to be part of the team. Unfortunately, you can only set up a team of collaborators on the Web site, but not within the app.
