'The Lord of the Rings' meets Lego (pictures)
The Lego re-creations of characters and locations from the movie trilogy makes for a fun setting for puzzle-solving gameplay.
All the iconic locations
As you progress through Lego The Lord of the Rings you'll pass through many of the most memorable locations from the movies.
Search the entire area
Part of solving all the puzzles that will let you move further into the game requires that you explore the entire area available to you. Some levels have wall mounts you can grab onto, then jump to other locations with new puzzles you'll need to solve.
Tons of playable characters
As you progress through the game you'll unlock all the "The Lord of the Rings" characters you love, along with different versions (depending on the point in the trilogy) of some characters. Notice that there are 15 in this screenshot, but the scrolls at the bottom indicate that there are six pages of characters.
Cute, but faithful cut scenes
When the Ringwraiths finally find our heroes, they enter the Weathetop area just like you remember from the movies -- only cuter.
