Take a closer look at the Apple TV HD with Siri Remote
Apple's streamer gets a new remote but the box remains the same.
The Apple TV HD has been updated with a new remote.
In the box is the Siri Remote, the Apple TV HD itself as well as a power cable and Lightning charging cable for the remote.
The back of the box is unchanged from 2015 and features ports for power, HDMI, Ethernet and USB-C (the latter is for "service and support").
The new Siri Remote has been redesigned with a new clickpad for easier navigation as well as dedicated buttons for power, mute and back.
Siri has a new button on the right side of the controller, a logical spot similar to how you summon the assistant on iPhones.
The $149 Apple TV HD, left, looks nearly identical to the $179 Apple TV 4K despite the 4K having a more modern processor and support for 4K HDR.
