Toyota launched its iQ model in 2008, but only now is it coming to the U.S. Badged as a Scion, the car's small dimensions make it good for dense cities.
The car uses a 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine, making just over 90 horsepower and getting it fuel economy in the high 30s.
Scion points out that there is very little room behind the driver's seat, but the front passenger seat is set forward a bit to make the back seat on that side useful.
Cargo area in the iQ only exists if you put the rear seat down.
As a Scion, iPod integration comes standard in the iQ, and different head units are available.
Scion, always into modding, showed off a Five Axis version of the iQ. This car rides on 18-inch wheels, and is fitted with a TRD brake kit and Tein suspension.
