Familiar look and feel
The Samsung Factor for Boost Mobile is a straightforward flip phone with a VGA camera on its face.
Slip 'n' slide
It's got a smooth body that feels good in the hand, but tends toward the slippery side.
Weak resolution
We're disappointed with the QQVGA display, which shows a grainier, fuzzier resolution than we'd like.
Dialpad and navigation
On the other hand, the dial pad is comfortable, with responsive keys and navigation. There's a helpful shortcut button to get to the camera.
Profile
The spines collectively house a volume rocker, Micro-USB/headset port, and a camera button.
Standing tall
The Factor is comfortable on the ear and produced very good call quality during our San Francisco tests.
