PicsArt fills your screen with useful controls (pictures)
PicsArt Photo Studio has more than enough bells and whistles to satisfy your photo-editing needs, but you should expect a bit of work to know how to use them all.
Browse photos from other users
In addition to a vast array of editing tools and effects, you can browse images from other users of the app and make comments, submit a "Like," or share your own.
Unique cropping tools
You can do all the usual editing basics you can find in other photo apps, but PicsArt also has unique tools, like the ability to crop to specific shapes.
Too many options?
I certainly can't complain about the number of things you can do with PicsArt, but there are moments when it just feels like there are too many controls on screen.
Plenty of clip art
PicsArt has tons of clip-art libraries sorted into categories so you can little premade images to your photos. You also can download even more themed clip art packs for free by going to the PicsArt shop.
Share your work
When you're finished tweaking your image, you can share to popular social sites, upload to your PicsArt account, or export to other supported apps on your phone.
