Take a closer look at the OpenTablet 7, a multimedia wireless tablet from OpenPeak.
Powered by Intel's Moorestown platform, the OpenTablet 7 has a 7-inch multitouch TFT LCD screen with LED backlighting, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, cellular connectivity, HDMI output, and dual cameras for capturing high-definition video and still images.
OpenPeak's software framework enables designers and developers to create interactive applications for the OpenTablet using Adobe Flash CS4.
A charging base may be included with the OpenTablet 7, or sold separately.
At 9 inches tall by 5 inches wide and 0.59 inch thick, the device is relatively slim and portable, and weighs 1.15 pounds
Its onboard USB interface and microSD slot expand the device's connectivity, while built-in speakers and microphone let the device serve as a fully functioning telephone and multimedia platform.
