The My Projects button shows you all the videos you've worked on. You can also save them in the middle of a project and come back later to finish up.

Video apps are vApps

The people at TouchCast use the word vApps to describe video apps. I'm not sure if it rolls off the tongue, but these things are very useful for bringing interactive content into your videos.
