Warm up to iDevices' Kitchen Thermometer Mini (pictures)
iDevices' Bluetooth-enabled Kitchen Thermometer Mini connects to your phone so you can get word that your food's ready from across the house.
The iDevices Kitchen Thermometer Mini costs $40 in the US, £35 in the UK, and AU$50 in Australia.
It's similar to the brand's $80 Kitchen Thermometer with a couple of key differences.
The "mini" version uses a CR2032 coin battery instead of two AA batteries.
It has one thermometer probe compared to the Kitchen Thermometer's two.
It also has an LED display with no digital temp readout.
The LED ring will turn various colors based on its Bluetooth connection and cooking status.
The included base is magnetic for mounting to most metal surfaces.
Even with the base attached, this model is extremely compact.
The cord wrap ensures that the probe stays tangle-free when not in use.
It's compatible with the iDevices Android or iOS apps for remote temperature tracking and push notifications.
