BARCELONA, Spain -- HTC has two new mid-range mobiles on show here at Mobile World Congress. This is the HTC Desire 816, a 5.5-inch Android effort.
The display is HD, although not Full HD like the company's flagship HTC One. It'll show you 720p video, which is reasonable for a screen this big.
The Desire 816 is rocking a capable 13-megapixel shooter on the back...
...and this impressive 5-megapixel camera on the front, for pin-sharp video calls.
It's available in this charming range of colours.

It's a curvy, plastic chassis in the vein of the iPhone 5C.
It's packing HTC's brilliantly named Boomsound tech -- perfect for annoying fellow passengers on public transport.
