GE will sell a $149 sous vide accessory that enables its ranges to tackle slow, immersion cooking in high-tech style.
Clamp it on your pots
The GE sous vide accessory takes advantage of induction compatible pots by magnetically clamping to the sides of cooking vessels.
Drop down your sous vide pot
Once clamped into place, drop your favorite stock pot filled with water down onto one of the Monogram's induction burners.
Grill with a better griddle
The new GE Monogram induction ranges come with a special griddle pan. The cooktops can also link a pair of burners together for more even griddle cooking.
A stove with a Bluetooth link
The sous vide accessory links to GE's new stoves over wireless Bluetooth connection. A temperature readout displays water conditions in real time.
