BARCELONA, Spain--Dell's Project Ophelia is a 3-inch dongle that slots into the HDMI port of any TV or monitor, bringing full PC functions anywhere without carrying a laptop.
The Micro-USB port on the side lets you hook up a keyboard or mouse.
On the other side is an SD card slot to expand the 8GB internal memory.
It slots into the HDMI port of any TV or monitor.
Ophelia is running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. The interface is exactly the same as you'd expect to see on a regular tablet.
It has full access to the Google Play store, allowing you to download games, stream movies and TV shows, or use desktop virtualization software to access your home PC.
