Trendy budget 7-inch tablet
Budget 7-inch tablets are all the rage, and Dell is hopping on the bandwagon with another low-price Android release. The Venue 7 tablet will be available in Wi-Fi and LTE versions.
Front-facing camera
The small tablet features a WGA front-facing camera, located right above its 1,280x800-pixel-resolution IPS screen.
Red and black versions
The Android 4.2.2 tablet, which packs a 2GHz Clover Trail processor, is expected to upgrade to KitKat once the OS is released.
Rear 2-megapixel camera
The tablet's back -- which will be available in red or black -- houses a 2-megapixel rear camera.
Compact size
There are slimmer and smaller tablets available, but the Dell Venue 7 is still a rather petite device.
16GB and more
The Venue 7 houses 16GB of internal storage, but allows for more with its microSD card slot.
Micro-USB port
Unsurprisingly for such a low-price tablet, the Venue 7 is limited in ports, with only one Micro-USB connection.
