5 details to look out for in 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'
Marvel's intergalactic adventure is bursting with fun. Here are the five things you should keep your eyes peeled for. Caution: minor spoilers.
It's probably the least Marvel movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" oozes with charm. If you haven't yet read our spoiler-free review, go ahead and do that.

Tilt-shifting the world
The first section of the movie is a tilt-shift affair -- it uses a photographic technique that makes everything look like an adorable figurine. It's cute, and gives the opening a unique feel as it leads up to the first fight sequence -- which, you'll be happy to hear, gives Baby Groot a chance to do his thing.

Stan Lee's cameos
As with almost every Marvel movie, Stan Lee makes an appearance. This time he appears alongside a Marvel character who's famous for looking at things. The best part about Stan Lee's appearance is the way it ties all of his cameo appearances together, so be sure to pay attention when he appears on screen.
Cosmo and Howard the Duck
Both characters, who made brief appearances in the previous movie, return for round two. It's a blink and you'll miss it moment, but it shouldn't be too hard to spot a man-sized, white, fluffy duck. Cosmo the Spacedog may be tougher to spot, though. Shame these characters don't get meatier appearances, but we can always hope for more in the inevitable Vol. 3.
There are five (yes, five) post-credit scenes
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" easily delivers the best post credit scenes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially impressive since there are four more of them than usual. You may not recognise what's going on in some of them, but the new characters could play a bigger role in the third movie. So don't make the mistake of leaving your seat. Stay until the end. It's worth it.
Don't ignore the end credits
Sure, most end credits are just text on a boring black background (yawn) but "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" has a beautiful animated sequence. The main cast dances (terribly) and you may want to count the number of times "I am Groot" appears in the text -- could this be the secret Easter egg director James Gunn has been hinting at?
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" opens in Australia on 25 April, the UK on 28 April and the US on 5 May.
