What do you get when you take mild insomniac, mix in a wearable sleep tracker, add an experiment in the polyphasic sleep and blend it all with a dollop of gym junkie?
It turns out, that's a perfect recipe for cardio sessions at insane hours, weary eyes, short tempers and nigh obsessive logging of every single millisecond of nap time.
That was my 12 week attempt at splitting my sleep cycle into two halves and cramming a 3am gym session right in the middle.
Sounds psychotic, right?
Trust me, it was all in the quest for better living through technology.
