When you don't want to dig around your watch, Glances are the best way to get little bits of information fast.
To see your Glances, swipe up from the Lock screen.
The first Glance is actually a Quick Settings menu.
But swipe and you'll see bite size information about apps like the Calendar Heart rate monitor, the battery, and weather.
Tap one and the full app will launch.
Now, if you want to customize those glances, head to the Apple Watch app on your phone and tap glances.
Here, you can remove apps, add them, and you can even rearrange them by dragging.
When you're done any changes you made will instantly show up on your watch.
