Apple Watch Series 3 has a new feature which is LTE a cellular connection Apple promises will allow phone calls away from the iPhone plus be able to use apps away from the phone completely allowing it to be a standalone device.
For that you are going to have to pay $399 for a starting model of the LTE model of the series 3.
Series three also has some new band designs, including a sport loop that's a wrap around nylon design.
There's also a new grey ceramic design.

Apple is still selling Apple Watch series one And Apple Watch series three will slide in where the Apple Watch series two used to be.
Watch OS4 coming this Fall is also going to throw in a lot of other modes including Siri Mode, active coaching, and heart rate modes that show you resting heart rate, as well as your recovery heart rate times when you are doing a workout.
Apple Watch Series 3 is coming out September 22nd.
