-Hey, what's going on everyone?
I'm Jeff Bakalar on the show floor at CES 2011.
Gotta a brand new, very cool headset from Turtle Beach.
This is the PX5.
It's officially the first surround sound, wireless headset that you can get for your PlayStation 3.
Better yet, it does also work with your Xbox 360.
Now, it's got 2 radios in here, a 2.4 gigahertz radio, and a bluetooth which helps it work with a PlayStation 3.
You can actually also hook it up to a bluetooth headset so you can use it as your phone communicator and as well as playing music, so that's a really cool feature.
Overall, the design is sort of the same as the X41 that we saw last year.
Also, the PX5 comes with settings already built in for Xbox and PlayStation 3 plus you have room to sort of customize your own which is something we have not seen on any of these headsets yet.
There is also room to expand on the back.
You can also bring your own
analog inputs to it.
Obviously, there's left and right audio plus, as usual, the in-and-out optical audios.
You can bypass the device you're working with.
Pretty cool stuff.
The PX5 is gonna retail for $249 when it comes out later this spring.
