Take a photo of your food and enter in serving sizes of everything on your plate to help keep tabs on what you eat each day.
The Hidrate Spark is a water bottle with a sensor that automatically measure your H20 intake.
It glows to indicate when you're on track to hit your target, then automatically syncs with a smartphone to chart hydration history.
So the other side of drinking, there's Drink Control.
This app converts alcohol intake into standard measures of alcohol to let you know calorie intake and when you may be over the limit.
