[MUSIC] Maybe you want to get in shape but aren't ready to splurge on a gym membership just yet. Zova for iOS is an app with a huge library of at-home workout videos. The workouts are anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes and target all muscle groups. The best part is that the workout is only require an area the size of a yoga mat. Nike Training Club is one of my longtime favorite, since you can follow along with just audio queues. So pick your workout based on your [UNKNOWN] level, then plug in your head Phone and go. If you stumble upon an exercise you don't know, pause and watch a video of how it's done. Nike Training Club is available on iOS and Android. If you want to be more choosy about the muscle groups you're targeting, try Instant Fitness. The paid app for iOS and Android lets you pick an area like abs, arms, or back, and focus on just that.
