Bigger screen, bigger battery, and more power that's what the Oppo R9 Plus offers.
This is the six inch version of the R9 but Oppo has done more than just up the screen size.
The Plus also features a beefed up CPU and GPU.
Pushing its performance well ahead of its smaller sibling, and in the same sort of territory, a Sony experience X, but it's the battery that really impresses.
The ion plus was averaging seventeen and a half hours in our standard battery tests, putting it up there with the best phones of the year.
As you can see, it still very obviously echos the iconic design cues of the Apple iPhone, to maybe a draw card, or a turn off, depending on your taste.
I'm not a big fan of Color OS, which is OPPO's proprietary version of Android.
But overall, the R9 Plus offers a lot more than the basic R9, and for only a little bit more cash, which could tempt android users looking for a big screen experience.
