Heart rate monitors, fitness trackers, a polio massager even a pair of running shoes.
This holiday season there's a wealth of products out there for the people in your life that already exercise or who want to adopt better habits.
These are the gifts that we recommend.

The Apple Watch Series five is the latest and greatest Apple Watch.
It has all these great tracking features to keep tabs to your daily activity.
It can track your workouts monitor your heart rate.
It can even perform an EKG for For you, and it has fall detection for people who have mobility issues.
I recommend this for anybody who wants to get a little bit more active and wants a continuation of their iPhone on their wrist because it can send you notifications, alert you to phone calls, and even has GPS so you can go, Take it on a run without bringing your phone with you.
The other new feature from the Apple Watch Series five that's not available on previous models is it hasn't always on display, which is great when you're running or exercising because as you raise your risk, you can see all the data about your workout.
Now the only downside to this is it is $400 and you can't use it with an Android phone.
And that's the price for the space model, it goes up in price depending on what material you're using And size of it and if you want a version that can actually make phone calls, you're going to have to pay more for that too.

Now if you want something that's half the price of the Apple Watch Series 5, get this Fitbit Versa 2, it's $200.
It tracks your daily activity your workouts, it can even track your sleep.
And it has a five-day battery life, which is way better than the Apple Watch.
And you can use it with both Android phones and iPhones.
And another great feature is it has a fitness coach built in to help you with your exercises.
There's a lot of other great features on the diversity.
You can install a bunch of apps on it, play music from it, it's NFC enabled, you can make mobile payments.
But unlike the Apple Watch, you have to be tethered to your phone to get the full functionality.
Like the Apple Watch, you can swap out the bands for a bunch of different styles.
We recommend this because it's all around a great smartwatch and fitness tracker and it's only $200 now we have the Xiaomi mediums for this is a great entry level fitness tracker because it tracks your steps, your heart rate your workouts, it has a 20 day battery life, and it works with iOS and Android.
Now the best part about this, is it's only $36.
And it performs just as well as all the competing fitness trackers.
So before you go try to spend your money on some cheap Apple watch knockoff from the internet Spend 40 bucks on this instead.
The reason I recommend this is it's a great entry level fitness tracker and anyone can use it from kids all the way up to adults.

Now This is a theragun, it's a percussive massage gun that uses rapid fire pulses to break up those muscle knots in your shoulders, it helps increase your blood flow, reduce inflammation, reduces pain.
Essentially, it gives you deep tissue massage whenever you want one, it's great for people who are always feeling sore, and it comes with different attachments to target any parts of your body.
Theraguns are really popular with professional athletes, they start around $250.
This one, the G3 is 399 and it goes all the way up to 599.
I recommend this for anybody who works out a ton and always feel sore or those people in your life always have tension with their neck and shoulders.
It's a great way to relieve that pain.

And finally, these are the Nike Joyrides, they came out this year and they have these channels inside of the soul that hold these tiny foam little beads.
So every time your foot hits the ground, it adapts to that foot strike.
So I took these out running, I didn't love them for jogging, but when you're running very quickly, they give you a great Bouncy feel.
They're super lightweight, they have Nike's [UNKNOWN] material on the top.
They're kind of an awesome running shoe for the people in you life you already ran, and want kind of a new experience when they're out there.
When I was running with these, it's kind of like you're running on sand only way bouncier.
You know when your foot hits the sand and sort of molds to the shape of your foot.
That's what they're doing here.
only instead of sand it's a bunch of foam beads so you get a lot of spring in your step.
I don't really love these for people who are just starting out to run.
There's not enough ankle support.
But, for the people in your life who've been running for a long time, they're gonna appreciate kinda this new take on a running shoe.
The shoe start at $149 and they come in a couple different styles on Nike's website.
