It's called Tab Mix Plus. This Firefox enhancer gives you a ton of features in a nice, user-friendly layout. You can lock certain tabs to prevent them from accidentally closing, change a tab's title, create rows of tabs, and a lot more. It even includes its own session manager. Best part, it actually works.
