T-Mobile brings unlimited streaming to YouTube
[SOUND] We're all guilty of watching a little too much YouTube sometimes, so it's great that T-Mobile customers can now stream as much as they want without it costing them any data.
T-Mobile's Binge On program allows you to do just that.
Watch unlimited video, but only from certain providers like ESPN, Netflix, Discovery Channel, Google play and so on.
It rolled out a while ago, but YouTube is one of the big names originally missing on the list.
Google wasn't happy about T-Mobile compressing video and compromising its quality; however, it looks like they quickly made up.
As of today YouTube joins Netflix, ESPN, HBO Now and Hulu and unlimited streaming options for T-Mobile customers.
What's the catch?
Well, you have to have a mid tier plan or above for it not to effect your data allotment.
By not including YouTube as an option in addition to already offering music.
T-Mobile continues to be one of the biggest mobile players changing the game.
