The Spacex Falcon Nine rocket exploded during a routine test in Florida on Thursday morning.
The blast occurred just after nine AM, when Spacex was test firing its unmanned rocket at the Cape Canaveral Air Force station.

A space ex-spokesman said there were no injuries as the launch pad was clear but the rocket and its payload were lost in the blast.

Smoke filling the sky, buildings several miles away reportedly shook from the blast and multiple explosions continued for several minutes afterward.
The County's emergency management office said there's no threat to the general public from the blast.
