I'm here with the First Look at the Sony Homeshare Universal remote.
Now, what we're looking at is actually the brain of a larger system that Sony is initiating this year, which is their Homeshare system.
It's a selection of speakers that are connected to WiFi along with Sony's other products like Blu-ray players that are also WiFi enabled, so you can use this remote to control your television, but the main focus of this remote is actually to control your music.
So for instance, you can access Pandora and select which speakers you would like the music to play on so speakers in your bedroom or maybe just the speakers in your kitchen.
And through DLNA, you can access music that's on your computer or NAS drive.
The Homeshare Universal remote will be released in spring for $300.
