To find out what apps have Siri integration on your phone, go to Settings Siri.

And click on App Support at the very bottom.
Make sure you give her access to the ones you wanna control, via voice command and you're ready to go.

Siri though, still has her hiccups.
She rarely understood me on the first try, so you really have to think about how you phrase your command.
