[MUSIC] Bosch has partnered with Chefling on an app that uses a camera to recognize the food that's in your fridge and it can recommend recipes too. Inventory management and grocery shopping might have just gotten a whole lot easier. So this Bosh fridge is actually already available in Europe, and it'll hopefully come out in the US later this year. But the fridge itself isn't what's so unique. What's unique are these pans that are built in here and up here. Both to see the inside of the fridge and the food in the door. Bosh has partnered with Chefling Which is a cooking and recipe app to make these cams that much smarter, and that food recognition software is what's so new and so exciting, it's not ready quite yet, they're showing it off at CES, but [UNKNOWN] doesn't know when it will be released yet. You can access the Chefling app right now for that recipe guidance, but that full integration with recognizing what's in your fridge and then walking you through the recipe in its entirety is what I'm waiting on. Full recognition is something we're starting to see more and more in CES. We've even seen it in past CES's rom other companies But we're really waiting for one to come out and look really polished and actually make that smart kitchen feel smart, and the demo here works pretty well. So let's see it in action. So as I'm going through the app you can see what I'm doing on the TV right here. I hit this bosh button, and it's gonna scan what's in the fridge Say, Hey, we found six new items. It's using the pantry feature of the shuffling app, which is inventory management. You previously had to use barcodes or enter the items in yourself manually. That's tedious. This gets right around that step and it says, Okay, here's what we added. And it points it out here, goes over here and you hit next And then once we're synced up, then we can take a look at recipes. We can search. We can look at what's recommended and various things that are in the pantry. We have a variety of different filters down here, so let's go ahead and pick one. And then you get that guided recipe assistance down here And you can schedule cook things to a later date, or you hit Directions. So it pulls up the directions including the ingredients and step by step instructions. And beyond that, it actually syncs with your Bosch smart appliances such as your oven, so you can start preheating your oven and Set the timer for how long you need to cook right on the app. This is kind of what I want from the smart kitchen, my fridge to talk to my phone so I know what I have and I can see what I have at the grocery store. The inventory to update automatically so I'm never guessing and then suggestions for what to eat and what to cook. And then it's talking to the oven and all of the kitchen working together harmoniously. My kitchen was like this, maybe I cook more often because there's actual functional help. And I'm excited about this and hopefully we get to see this sooner rather than later. And it's as good as it is here in the demo.
