Did you talk to city officials before you rolled out there in San Francisco?
Yes, we have a team that's been working very closely with.
Different city officials and had been in contact in the months leading up to when we first rolled out in San Francisco.

We were actually holding out and two other competitors came in and at launch San Francisco And so we felt like it was a good time for us to also go in, because we do feel like it's ultimately, bird is a great thing for the citizens of San Francisco and we think we can have a really positive impact on reducing traffic.
Certain state laws, like not riding on the sidewalk, helmets, how do you deal with riders?
We tried to educate the riders.
There's a rider tutorial when you sign up that educates you to ride in the bike lanes and to wear a helmet.
It's all totally up to the riders to follow the rules.
Our business model is to charge a dollar to use the servcie.
In $0.15 a minute and we would never sell customers data that's just against what we stand for.
