T-Mobile moves to one data plan for everybody. T-Mobile announced it's latest thing, one data plan for all of it's customers. The new plan is called T-Mobile One. Here's how It's marketed. Seventy bucks per month gets one line with unlimited text, talk and LTE data. Then again, T-Mobile is still a business. So here are all the little add-ons. The fee is only $70 per month if you enroll in autopay. Without autopay it will cost $75 per month. Unlimited LTE data also has some restrictions. Video is streamed over T-Mobile's network at 480p, that's about the same as DVD quality. If you want to watch HD or 4k video, that will cost another $25 per month. Tethering is unlimited at 2G speeds, that should be really, really slow. Five gigabytes of LTE data for tethering costs, $15. T-Mobile's new ONE plan will be active for new post-paid users starting September 6th. Current T-Mobile users can keep their old plans or opt into the new plan. Sprint also introduced a new unlimited plan. One line costs 60 dollars a month with the Sprint unlimited freedom plan. Like T-Mobile Sprint's unlimited comes with a few caveats. Video and music streaming are limited by quality. Gaming is also limited to two megabits per second. And that's it for this Tech News update. I'm [UNKNOWN].
