You may run into trouble if you bring a Galaxy Note 7 on an airplane. The Federal Aviation Administration is warning traveler's to not use or charge their Galaxy Note 7 phone during flights due to reports of faulty batteries catching fire and exploding. The U.S. Air Safety Regulatory Group did not out right ban the smart phone But several airlines including Qantas Airways, Virgin Australia, and Singapore airlines are also instructing passengers to use, or charge the phone in flight. Europe's Air Safety Regulatory Group also issued warnings about the phone. Urging passengers to not pack it checked luggage. The warnings were enough for investors to knock more than ten billion dollars off Samsung's market value on Friday. Samsung recalled 2.5 million of these phones, due to reports of fires from bad batteries, and the company promised to replace each one. I'm Bridgette Carey.
