[MUSIC] After recovering from the couple of chaotic [UNKNOWN] I'm back at 2017 Detroit Auto Show for the world debut of the Lego Batmobile from Chevrolet which I think may just be the star of the show. Two. One. [SOUND] The all new Chevy Lego Batmobile. [APPLAUSE] Modeled after Batman's Speedwagon from the Lego Batman movie coming to theaters in February. Which I honestly can't wait to see. The 17 foot long Lego Batmobile [UNKNOWN], imposing look, and stud shooters, ideal for Batman to patrol Gotham City. And chase down criminals such as Scarecrow, the Riddler, Poison Ivy and of course, the Joker. Chevrolet says the Lego Batmobile will be available in 12 different shades of black, and offer the latest cabin connectivity features such as hands-free calling, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration And a built in 4G LTE Wi-Fi connection. No word from Chevy on what's under the hood but I guess it's that the Dark Knight prefers something along the lines of a super charged V8 from a Corvette Z06 before the bolts all electric drive train, at least for a sports car. Based on an aluminum square tube platform the Lego Batmobile is built from more than 340,000 Lego bricks and weighs 1,695 and a half pounds. Each tire alone is a smidge over 100 pounds. Design of the Batmobile took 222 hours and assembly [UNKNOWN] the Lego Masters Builders Team needing 1,833 hours to complete at their shop in Connecticut. If you can't make it to the Detroit Auto Show to checkout the Lego Batmobile in person, that's a bummer because it's really cool. But you'll be seeing it in an upcoming Chevy commercial so make sure to keep an eye out for that. As for me, I'm gonna poke around it some more and try to decide on which shade of black I'm gonna order mine in. [MUSIC]
