Samsung Series 7 Gamer laptop's a lot of game per pound
Laptops
I'm Scott Stein and I'm currently being dwarfed by the Samsung series seven gamer laptop.
The gaming laptops aren't -- alive and well at least in the minds of laptop manufacturers.
Because between I -- Quad Core processor updates and new Nvidia graphics that have been showing up lately.
There are a lot of new expects to -- -- -- laptops and what you're ready.
To spend the up to 2000 dollars for a giant hulking chassis to play your PC games when you could buy a console for.
200 dollars or 300 dollars well that's up to you but these are better than -- ever been and Samsung has never made any gaming laptop before so.
How does this fair.
Pretty well for 1899 yet fixed configuration. That's not pretty stacked -- seventeen inch screen here that's fantastic.
It also has a Quad Core I leverage its third gen Intel Core I seven processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX six -- five and graphics.
Which are really really good.
Question that sixteen gigs of ram and that was enough for you there's a one point five terabyte hard drive it's -- -- -- rpm there's also Blu-ray.
And out what more can you add.
You know really all this thing is and missing is a second monitor to pop -- the side -- -- -- control pad.
Now unfortunately this thing's not beating any stereotypes as it it is a big black bulky laptop with a -- a throwback keyboard here tapered keys that look like they came up with something --
From four years ago actually it's really comfortable and the back lighting even includes a friendly little orange light -- the W yes -- keys.
There's even a funky knob on the side that activates various energy settings including gamer mode.
And when you turn that -- and activated thanks to some big flashy lights and animations you know hearing.
And that basically -- and optimize screen setting for this that's -- screen and activate Intel Turbo boost.
You know it makes you feel like you're a gamer.
I -- a -- games on this range from battlefield three to Diablo 3.
Two -- arkan asylum -- throughout it handled really nicely even pumped up to high graphics settings.
In 1920 by 1080.
It's really the best in video gaming graphics right now that are available out there.
And -- in this package it's not cheap but you are getting a lot of muscle under the hood.
Would have like this to be a little lighter sure and would have like this to be a little less gaming stereo typical absolutely.
But when you factor in what it's got under the hood and when you factor in this again I can't say enough about the screen is a pretty fantastic -- it's a really nice viewing angles.
And super sharp contrast. There's maybe -- you wanna consider alongside your and we where's your origins -- shopping for gaming laptops.
I'm Scott Stein and that's a quick look at the Samsung series seven.
