When you wear a VR headset, it's instinctive to reach out and try and touch things in the virtual world.
That's where the Manus VR Gloves come in.
Fitted with an accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer, these wireless gloves track your hand movements Right now, they're HTCB's headset and controllers strapped onto your arm.
Kinda weird, I can see my hands in front of me and I can kinda see the bone effect.
Very bizarre.
At the game developer's conference in San Francisco, I tried them out with a demo game called Pillow's Willow.
I feel like fairies coming towards me, but I can't touch them yet.
I'm trying to pick up this staircase or something.
I think I've got it now.
Picking and grabbing.
Took me a while to work out exactly what I was trying to do.
Well, I picked up a staircase with a tail.
I don't know what that is.
You can see I'm probably not built out for a career.

The gloves is sensitive enough to pick up movements like pinching and grabbing.
The Manus VR Gloves will be available in Q3 2016, and will cost $250 for the developers kit.
